• Each dealer is entitled to two badges. Additional badges can be purchased from the check-in desk..
  
• Op last van de brandweer mogen er geen tafels of andere materialen worden opgesteld in de wandelgangen; branddeuren dienen vrij gehouden te worden. Het is niet toegestaan om tafels uit mekaar te trekken of de gangen te verkleinen. Standhouders die een hoekplaats kregen toegewezen, dienen de rijdoorgang volledig vrij te laten
  
• Organisers can not be held responsible for damage or theft of material before, during or after the fair. Dealing or swopping bootlegs or illegal pressings are prohibited
  
• The sale of bootlegs and other illegal sound carriers is strictly prohibited in Belgium. Dealers found in possession of any such items will be asked to leave the fair and will forfeit all their stall moneys.
  
• Absolutely no music allowed, except with headphones.
  
• In case of cancellation the costs of administration will automatically be charged (min. price of 1 table). Bij annulatie 1 week voor de beurs wordt geen geld teruggestort.
  
• With your online booking, it means you accept the rules and regulations.
